Account Coordinator
We are looking for an Account Coordinator in our Washington, DC office who will assist our account management team in the day-to-day activities of servicing our accounts, including helping manage projects, assisting in development of deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
We have offices in Los Angeles and Washington, DC, and our clients include the FDA Center for Tobacco Products, AARP, the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, DIRECTV, United Healthcare, Metrolink, Adventist Health, Tadin Herb & Tea and Southern California Public Radio.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist account management team in day-to-day contact with client contacts
- Maintain a full understanding of account status, deadlines and deliverables
- Manage client and internal timelines
- Support internal and external meeting preparation, participation, documentation, and follow-up
- Assist in daily activities for several of our key clients
- Produce meeting minutes, conference reports, call summaries, and other client deliverables
- Coordinate among agency departments and offices, including research/planning, creative, and media departments to ensure smooth development and implementation of campaigns
- Maintain open lines of communication with our LA office
- Communicate client needs thoroughly and effectively, and be a reliable source of information about client marketing needs
