Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for guiding projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate has a strong, in-depth technology background and is a forward minded individual who is analytical and detailed oriented.  IMPORTANT – You MUST have seen interactive projects to completion (i.e. website, platform, app).

This role reports to our Client Services Director, and offers an opportunity to grow within a fast paced and relaxed environment.  This position will be based out of our Los Angeles headquarters office, and may involve some light travel.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own project vision and communicate to all parties involved 
  • Scope projects with tasks, deliverables, budgets and timelines
  • Collaborate with department managers and subject matter experts to design solutions and remove obstacles
  • Work with product, business and development to effectively drive projects from conception to launch 
  • Coordinate efforts with vendors
  • Ensure projects are launched according to published schedules  
Qualifications
  •  2-4 years of experience with interactive projects (e.g., websites, platforms, apps) - seriously, don’t apply if you don’t have relevant experience
  •  Understanding of SDLC
  • Proficiency with SEO concepts and best practices 
  • Understanding and experience in UI/UX best practices 
  • Highly analytical, logical, and good problem solver 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills 
  • Able to plan work, organize time, and maintain workflow 
  • Able to interact professionally with all levels of staff 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - including technical writing
  • Multi-tasking and ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies preferred
  • Proactive interaction with managers, developers, project managers, and analysts
  • Creative problem solver who is extremely well organized and accustomed to maintaining meticulous records
  • Demonstrates strong follow up and follow though skills ensuring timely delivery

Additional Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of digital advertising and social media platforms
  • Familiarity with the Web Development process
  • Interest in emerging technology and social media
  • Background in sales, media or advertising
