Digital Associate Creative Director

Ideal candidate will have managed 1-2 direct reports and have strong experience concepting, executing, and presenting work to clients. Having prior experience with healthcare, utilities, and education clients is considered a PLUS, however, for this hire we do not need to see categorical experience as much as a portfolio that demonstrates well thought out designs that focus on user experience. As Digital Associate Creative Director, you will establish and maintain the creative vision for all of our digital projects. You will be responsible for setting the guiding principles of our digital advertising efforts. Projects will include digital campaigns, responsive websites, mobile, and more. We are looking for an energetic, positive, and resilient team member with impressive integrated portfolios!

 

You will act as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with our technology, strategy, UX, and Media heads to help set strategy for the growth and development of our digital initiatives. This role requires the ability to focus on the larger design and UX strategy but also take a hands-on role in high impact projects.

 

Qualifications

The person we're looking for will have 6+ years of relevant digital design experience and should be passionate about our brands/clients. This person must be able to demonstrate experience effectively managing and mentoring design teams, defining visual design and user experience standards for the digital space at a large scale, the ability to collaborate across teams, a deep understanding of the fundamentals and challenges of today's digital advertising landscape, the ability to visualize and articulate elegant and effective solutions to complex design problems, and have excellent knowledge of the technologies used to build modern digital experiences.
