Are you an experienced Account Supervisor-level or Account Director-level candidate, with experience in multicultural (especially Hispanic) and digital campaigns? If so, this may be the perfect role for you!
You will be responsible for day-to-day activities of servicing and managing accounts, including research, strategic recommendations, presentations, timelines, budgets & billing, general client needs/requests, and brainstorming big ideas.
Responsibilities:
Establish your role as day-to-day Agency contact for multiple client contacts
Hands on management of daily activities for several of our key clients/accounts
Play the pivotal role of coordinating between research/planning, creative, media and technology departments to ensure smooth development and implementation of clients' campaigns
Oversee budget planning, competitive monitoring, research/planning as needed; work with accounts to extract new business and put yourself in the position of their ‘Chief Marketer’ as you conceive of marketing & advertising plans to serve their goals
Provide information for creative strategies and briefs; communicate clients' needs thoroughly and effectively to creatives
Monitor campaign effectiveness/quality.
Assist in identifying marketing opportunities/needs.
Process legal, technical, product planning approvals.
Generate ideas for promotion and merchandising programs.
Orchestrate media deadlines, legal clearance issues, interactive technology and serving issues, lead media development process and understand media planning/buying across media types and how it interfaces with creative needs.
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
• Strong client service background and skills required (5+ years in ad agency preferred).
• Knowledge of creative and expectations of clients
• Strong writing and presentation skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and project plans
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and autonomously

EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
