Account Executive 

Responsible for day-to-day activities of servicing large account including assisting with management of projects, support and development of presentations, overseeing timelines, tracking budgets & billing, responding to client needs/requests, maintaining open communication within agency offices and client and brainstorming ideas. 

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Act as a client contact; continually fostering client-agency relationship to build trust and become a valuable resource to client
  • Liaise with clients to discuss and identify their advertising requirements;
  • Understand the clients' needs and objectives and communicate to agency team members.
  • Guides the day-to-day development of all client advertising/marketing projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate with agency team members to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
  • Manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that advertising projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Serves as a project lead for projects
  • Report client/ project status to account lead and team members on a regular basis
  • Reviews and approves client billing
  • Secures all required client approvals including: creative strategy briefs, estimates, timelines, segmentation schemes, creative executions and media plans
  • Manages campaigns to ensure that all team members execute flawlessly
  • Develops and updates project documents including: estimates, timelines, status reports, conference reports and other supporting materials
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of advertising agency experience required
  • Successful track record of helping to build and present concepts/ programs for clients and effectively executing programs
  • Knowledge of total advertising process
  • Experience executing successful advertising/ marketing programs preferred
  • Strong project, time, and budget management
  • Ability to balance process, budget, and deadlines with personalities
  • A “solutions focused,” proactive team work style

  • Flexible, positive attitude
  • Handles pressure and stress without sacrificing quality.
  • Deliver clear, concise and accurate message through written and oral communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field
