Title: Account Supervisor
Reports To: Account Director
We are looking for an experienced, strategic Account Supervisor to work in close partnership with our clients on a day-to-day basis in the development and execution of fully integrated marketing solutions focusing on lead generation. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing (emphasis on search and social), comfortable working in a dynamic environment, has a strong disposition towards Account Management versus Account Service, relishes new challenges, knows which battles are worth fighting, plays well with others, and knows how to work smart but is not averse to hard work.
Role & Responsibilities
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with clients and extended teams to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
- Oversees lead generation campaigns with the media team focused on search and social.
- Versed in direct response tactics and terminology.
- Analyze media programs and reports
- Proactively manage spending… recommending reallocations of tactics and channels as needed, working closely with media buyers/planners and directors
- Managing PPC campaigns – ability to understand and lead CPM, CPC and CPA
- Closely track & monitor media budgets while ensure accuracy in calculated numbers
- Prepares research and insights to inform ongoing media recommendations
- Understand traffic procedures and deadlines
- Engages in meaningful discussions with clients and partners to formulate action plans.
- Understands the immediacy of direct response campaigns.
- Champions the agency perspective convincingly with clients. Is persuasive and articulate when communicating work and ideas both verbally and written forms.
- Inquisitive about client requests and translates them into insightful recommendations and solutions.
- Maintains strategic and creative integrity throughout execution
- Integrated consumer experience
- Contributes to strategic thinking and can effectively manage multiple projects
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and developing confident presentation skills
Qualifications
- Demonstrated account leadership, initiative and team building for lead generation campaigns
- Category experience in healthcare, energy/utilities, mobile, and financial services categories preferred
- Hispanic and general market expertise preferred
- Must have college degree
- Minimum of 6-8 years of Agency experience
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
