Description
​Responsible for day-to-day activities of servicing accounts including assisting with research, strategic recommendations, presentations, timelines, budgets & billing, client needs/requests, and brainstorming ideas. 

Responsibilities: 
Establish your role as day-to-day Agency contact for key client contacts 
Oversee daily activities for largest account, ensuring highest standards for timing, accuracy and quality 
Play the pivotal role and act as strong communicator between research/planning, creative and media departments to ensure smooth development and implementation of campaign launch and management 
Facilitate internal dialogue among teams, coordinating communication
Oversee budget management, account reporting and administrative requirements;  
Partner with Strategic Planning to support the development of creative strategies and briefs; communicating clients' needs thoroughly and effectively
Monitor work product effectiveness/quality. 
Assist in identifying marketing opportunities/needs. 
Process legal, technical and creative planning approvals. 
Orchestrate media deadlines, legal clearance issues, interactive technology and serving issues, lead media development process and understand media planning/buying across media types and how it interfaces with creative needs. 


KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: 
• Strong client service background and skills required (5+ years in ad agency preferred). 
• Federal government experience
• Knowledge of creative and expectations of clients 
• Strong writing and presentation skills 
• Organizational skills 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and project plans 
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and autonomously 
• Motivated with a sense of urgency

OTHER:
Position will require some periods of extended travel – potentially 1-2 months at a time in California office

EDUCATION: 
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
