Management Supervisor 

Reports to: Account Director

We are looking for an experienced Management Supervisor with 10+ years of experience to work in close partnership with our clients on a day-to-day basis in the development and execution of fully integrated marketing solutions. We are a fully-integrated advertising agency that is growing quickly and needs a top-notch Management Supervisor to help play a key role in managing a number of accounts. This position would also play a key role in the development and growth of our growing Account team. The ideal candidate is passionate about marketing, comfortable working in a dynamic environment, has a strong disposition towards Account Management versus Account Service, relishes new challenges, know which battles are worth fighting, plays well with others, and knows how to work smart but is not adverse to hard work.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree 
• Minimum of 10 years of Agency experience (ideally strong in Digital) 
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
