Web/ Flash Designer Summary Description
Sensis is a full-service multicultural interactive agency providing technology, creative services and strategic insights for top-tier clients looking to target U.S. General Market, Hispanic, African-American, Asian-American and Gay/Lesbian/Bisexual/Transgender consumers and business audiences. We are seeking a talented Web / Flash Designer to join our rapidly growing Creative team.
Web / Flash Designers animate, transition, manipulate, and create compelling Flash movies and designs that inspire awe in clients and account teams alike. Web / Flash designers should be able to create dynamic and non-linear interfaces and work alongside designers to create harmonious, fluid experiences. We are looking to work with individuals with great ideas and extensive design skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid portfolio that demonstrates the ability to create clean designs and graphics that maintain a high level of standards with great attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop exciting Flash-based banner campaigns
• Animate banners from Photoshop comps
• Design and develop high impact Web sites
• Translate creative briefs, wireframes, and/or other documentation into a comprehensive Web site design and layout
• Designing solutions that meet or exceed strategic objectives
• Providing quality assurance on creative deliverables
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Graphic Design or related field
• Strong design sense and ability
• Great understanding of typography, and usability
• Ability to translate conceptual direction/design into an accurate, dynamic, sophisticated high quality end product
• Ability to both provide and offer creative direction where necessary
• Ability to follow directions and guidelines under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for design and eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
• Self motivated, organized and accountable
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates a plus
