Digital Account Supervisor

Duties and Responsabilities
  • Act as day-to-day contact for mid- and senior-level clients and be responsible for flawless execution of complex social and digital communications strategies, web builds and various other projects
  • Develop and execute complex digital and social media campaigns, within the confines of related budgets and in collaboration with client’s other agency partners
  • Collaborate with coordinate work with other members of the account team
  • Manage multiple facets of client engagements including strategy development, campaign execution, production, and analytics and reporting
  • Draft proposals, budgets, staffing plans and timelines for client projects
Qualification
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • A deep understanding of the role that social and digital media plays in a client’s communication mix
  • Strong understanding of digital/interactive projects including web technologies, social media platforms, trends, and measurement approaches
  • A demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale assignments that included web properties, mobile, social and advertising
  • Experience managing budgets and interdisciplinary account teams on sizable pieces of business
  • Agency experience in managing account profitability, new business solicitation, and quality of account service and employee development
  • Superior communication skills and an ability to counsel clients’ top executive management on digital marketing issues
  • Fun and collaborative, looking to help lead and develop a great team of passionate digital marketers.
