What we are looking for: 

Sensis is seeking a SLED Proposal Coordinator to support our Business Development team.  

What you’ll be doing: 

• Leads and creates responses to state, local, education (SLED), RFPs, RFIs, and other potential government and private-sector new client requests 

• Develops and submits questions in response to RFP's 

• Coordinates and manages content collection and editing from various agency staffers 

• Develops capability decks, fact sheets, and credentials customized to new business opportunities 

• Creation of highly visual presentations and simple graphics 

• Blog posts, byline, and other B2B content marketing material creation 

• Analyzes industry-specific, consumer research, scientific, healthcare, and other technical ideas and conveys them in writing in clear and simple language 

• Organizes research and other preparatory materials and completes writing assignments 

• Edits, standardizes, and makes changes to material prepared by other personnel 

• Proofreading and copy editing 

What you’ll bring along: 

• Skilled at organizing and translating technical information into clear written documentation; articulating complex concepts and processes in writing 

• Excellent English language, grammar, and spelling skills for writing, editing, and proofreading 

• Able to work flexible hours, including long hours to meet deadlines 

• Strong attention to detail 

• Experience as a writer and/or editor, preferably in sales or marketing field 

• Proposal writing or grant writing experience strongly preferred 

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, or communications preferred 

• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Compensation: 
For California residents only - the salary range for this role is $40,000-$60,000.
The offered salary or salary range is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, overall experience, relevant experience, education level, certifications, applicable skills and expertise, and location of the position.
