INFLUENCER MARKETING COORDINATOR

We are hiring an Influencer Marketing who knows the who’s who of the world and has their finger on the pulse. Fluent in all Social Media platforms - Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat and is interested in honing their skills researching creators, conceptualizing collaborations, and building relationships with influencers, big and small. The coordinator will support the team and help research, develop, execute, and measure influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns. In addition, they will be organized and keep track of invoices, and contracts and help brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns across Sensis’s clients.

What you’ll be doing:

· The Coordinator, Influencer Marketing, will be responsible for the activation of the earned and paid influencer programs across clients

· The role will work closely with internal partners, such as other departments, accounting, as well as external talent/agencies

· Supports all aspects of influencer campaign planning, development, execution, and reporting

· Draft and edit documents such as launch calendars, ROS, agendas, one-sheets, wrap reports, contracts, influencer briefs

· Anticipate and proactively mitigate issues that arise; consistently communicating with appropriate leads regarding updates on progress, relevant delays, or issues and budget implications

· If paid or contracted, ensure final creative and custom integrations are consistent with the brand brief

· Ensure that all campaign data is properly entered into campaign databases (varies depending on clients)

· Work with supervisor to identify and build relationships with creators with a strong audience fit and affinity for assigned brand

· Influencer outreach for both paid and earned

· Support budget and campaign performance tracking across the assigned category

· Work alongside the team to create a plan for influencer marketing strategies

· Support the new business team by providing creative influencer campaigns and recommend influencers that are a possible fit

· A strong pulse on trends and can track and report news within the social media industry

· Invoicing (keeping track of influencer invoices) for all influencer campaigns

What you’ll bring along:

Deep passion for influencer marketing/social media focused on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook; experience working with social media profiles and influencers is a big plus!

· Understanding of the influencer landscape, from micro-influencers to top-tier platform leaders

· Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

· 1-2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, and/or advertising

· Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in an environment where key partners all expect to be a priority

· Must have strong organizational skills and be proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suites

· Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment

· Understanding of digital KPIs and measurement

· Go into the office once a week and on-site event locations when needed

· Ability to take direction as well as work independently

· Ability to meet deadlines and produce work in a fast-paced environment

· Flexible and a positive can-do attitude

· Familiar with programs such as Meltwater, Cision, Sprout Social, and more

· Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once

· Team player with a positive mentality to do what it takes to complete a goal, no matter how big or small the tasks are
